How's about this for not judging people guilty before they are proved so:
He's guilty and will be found as such.I suppose he wonders why murderers and bank robbers don't kill themselves as well!
On a side note, why don't these offenders just kill themselves? Why go to court and through all that hassle just to get 5 or 8 years at the end of it?
